Stop translating recipes.
Start cooking them.
Paste any recipe — URL, video, photo, screenshot. Adapteats rewrites it for your allergies, your diet, your kitchen. In seconds. The original is always one tap away.
Reduce liquid by ~10ml — GF flour absorbs less. Bake 2 minutes longer for the same texture.
You found the recipe. Now the second job starts.
For anyone with a dietary restriction, every new recipe is a research project. Five tabs, six substitution articles, three guesses about proportions, and half the time the result is bad. Most people quietly fall back to the same five “safe” recipes.
Find a recipe you want
Instagram reel. A friend's link. A blog you trust.
Open five more tabs
“Best gluten-free flour.” “Egg substitute for cake.” Repeat.
Guess the proportions
Hope the binding still works. Hope it rises. Hope.
Default to safe rotation
Same five dishes. Forever. Until you give up trying.
Adapteats does steps two and three for you, in a single tap.
If you've ever skipped a recipe because it had “just one thing”…
Three steps. The recipe you wanted, ready to cook.
Adapteats handles the messy bit — the substitutions, the proportions, the warning when something can't be swapped without ruining the dish.
Import from anywhere
A blog URL, an Instagram reel, a TikTok, a cookbook photo, a screenshot from a friend. Adapteats reads them all.
Adapt to your profile
One thorough onboarding captures allergies, intolerances, lifestyle diets, cooking time, equipment. Every recipe respects all of it.
Keep the original, always
Adaptation lives next to the original. Tap once to compare. Re-adapt if your profile changes.
Stack your needs. Cook anything.
Multi-restriction households are our home turf. Pick one. Pick five. Adapteats respects all of them at once and tells you when a recipe can't be saved without losing what made it good.
Not for diabetes management, pregnancy diets, or any medical treatment plan — see a professional for those.
From a link you found at midnight to a recipe you can actually cook.

Built for people whose dinner can't go wrong.
Severe-allergy mode. Marks ingredients red, refuses to adapt structurally impossible dishes, suggests safer alternatives instead.
Original always preserved. One tap to see the source. Side-by-side diff on every adapted recipe.
EU-hosted, GDPR-ready. Allergy data is treated as health data. Delete your account, delete everything.
Honest when it can't. No “wheat-free wheat bread.” If a recipe can't be made yours, we say so — and pick three that can.
